A new philosophy

A major renovation to re-design the space according to the needs of the new owners. Especially revamped is the ground floor where a large living area has been created, separated from the kitchen by a sliding glass closure. The lagoon color was chosen for the large bookcase, the TV bases, the mirror and the dividing wall of the kitchen area, which in combination with the parquet and oak paneling makes everything very welcoming and striking.

The redesigned space continues upstairs with the sleeping area where a master bedroom and other rooms used for parent and child use come to life.

In the rooms, the colors are more muted and always combined with wood, but they leave room for the red in the bathroom juxtaposed with the cement tiles on the wall, making it a clear reminder of the typical Italian style.
