Renewed elegance
Renewed elegance
In the countryside of the Milanese hinterland amid the gold of wheat swaying in the wind, stands this 17th-century villa located in the center of a small hamlet rich in charm and history.
The renovation project mainly involved the interior to adapt the former structure to the needs of a large family in the 21st century. While maintaining the basic elements of the original floor plan such as the large spaces of the living area on the ground floor with its splendid stone fireplaces and the convivial kitchen with its central island equipped with every convenience.
The large upstairs sleeping area was redesigned to accommodate not only bedrooms but also wardrobes and a cinema room decorated with full-wall rough iron paneling.
Outside, a large garden with lawn and mature pine trees, which shade the barbecue area, completes the house. Whose perimeter is fenced by period grilles also used for the windows meticulously restored to their origin.
